The short version

Foyer is currently in pre-launch waitlist mode. By submitting your information through the Founding 100 waitlist, you agree to let us email you about Foyer's launch. That's the entire scope of what these terms cover today. When the product ships and accepts payment, this page expands to a full operational ToS; every existing waitlist member is notified by email at least seven days before the change.

Who we are

The product is Foyer. The legal entity is RunFoyer, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. Founder: Rokon Ahammed. Contact: ceo@aaroza.com.

What you're agreeing to today

By submitting the Founding 100 waitlist form at runfoyer.com/100, you confirm that:

• The information you provided is yours, or you have authority to provide it on behalf of your business.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You agree to receive email from us about Foyer's launch, the Founding 100 offer, and a small number of build-update messages between now and launch.
• You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing ceo@aaroza.com.

No payment is collected at the waitlist stage. No service is delivered at the waitlist stage. Submitting the form does not create a binding purchase obligation in either direction.

What we're committing to today

We commit, in writing, to:

• Tell you when Founding 100 deposits open, before the public link goes out (48-hour priority window per our published candor schedule).
• Not sell your data to anyone (per our privacy policy).
• Honor a deletion request within 7 days of receiving it.
• Publish progress, including slippage, in build-in-public posts on the founder's LinkedIn — so you can verify our pace against your patience.

Future scope — what these terms will cover after launch

When Foyer launches and accepts payment, these terms will expand to cover:

• The Founding 100 lifetime offer ($1,000 once, refundable within 90 days of charge, lifetime access for as long as Foyer exists).
• Standard monthly subscription terms ($100/month flat, 0% on Stripe processing, no per-seat or per-flow charges).
• The "if Foyer dies" data export commitment — 90-day written notice, complete data export, no disappearance with customer data.
• Use restrictions, prohibited content, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution — the standard operational legal terms.

Each addition will be emailed to every waitlist member before it takes effect. You will not be surprised by a new clause.

No warranty during waitlist

Foyer's product is in development. The pages on this site describe what Foyer will be at launch. We do not warrant that the product will ship on any specific date, that every described feature will be present at v1, or that the product will fit your specific business. We commit to honest progress reports; we do not commit to a fixed launch date.

Jurisdiction and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where RunFoyer, Inc. is incorporated. Any dispute arising from your waitlist submission will be resolved in good-faith communication first; if that fails, in the state and federal courts of Delaware.

Changes

We will update these terms before launch. Material changes are emailed to every waitlist member at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to wait on the list after a material change has been communicated indicates acceptance of the change.
