Foyer is in pre-launch waitlist mode. The only data we collect from you right now is what you give us through the Founding 100 waitlist form: your name, email, the service business you operate, and a few text answers about your current tools. We use that data to contact you when deposits open. We do not sell it. We do not share it with marketers. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
The product is called Foyer. The legal entity operating it is RunFoyer, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. The founder is Rokon Ahammed, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us at ceo@aaroza.com.
During the pre-launch waitlist phase (today), we collect only what you give us through the form at runfoyer.com/100:
We do not run analytics scripts, behavioral tracking, or third-party tags on the public pages during the waitlist phase. We log basic anonymized server traffic for security (IP address, request path, timestamp) and discard it after 30 days.
Waitlist data is used exclusively to email you when Founding 100 deposits open (10–14 days from today, per our published candor schedule), and to send a small number of build-update emails between now and launch. We will not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter without your explicit opt-in.
The waitlist form data is processed by a single third-party form service (currently Tally, Formspree, or our own backend — wired before this page goes live). That service stores your submission and forwards it to us. Beyond that, we share waitlist data with no one. We do not sell email lists. We do not rent data to ad networks. We do not have data partners.
When Founding 100 deposits open, payments will be processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores card information directly; Foyer never sees or stores your card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy practices are published at stripe.com/privacy and are subject to Stripe's terms with you as the cardholder.
You can ask us, at any time, to:
Email ceo@aaroza.com with the subject line "privacy request" and we'll handle it.
Foyer is built for adult service-business operators. The waitlist is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, email us and we'll delete it.
When the product launches and we begin processing real customer data and payments, this policy will expand to cover the customer-facing operational data Foyer handles (bookings, deposit transactions, customer rosters, etc.). When that update happens, every existing waitlist member receives an email summarizing the changes before they take effect.
RunFoyer, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. This privacy policy is interpreted under Delaware law. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and the CCPA respectively; we honor all of them. Direct any such request to ceo@aaroza.com.
