The Founding 100

100 spots.

Forever.

What you're actually buying

What's included, in plain terms.

The product
Foyer — the AI-native front office. Your site, booking, payments, Tap-to-Pay, memberships, the AI front desk, and Foyer Brain. One product, not five.
The duration
For as long as Foyer exists — no monthly Foyer fee, ever. No expiry, no renewal. If Foyer is alive in 2031, your account is fee-free in 2031.
AI usage
The AI front office and Foyer Brain run with no Foyer fee — you cover only the raw cost of what they use (voice minutes, messages, AI), at cost, 0% Foyer markup. The same deal as Stripe: we pass it through, we add nothing.
Online payments
Foyer takes 0% on top of Stripe for online card payments. You pay Stripe's standard processing rate; we add nothing.
Tap-to-Pay
Phone-only chair-side Tap-to-Pay through Stripe Terminal. Tap a customer's card on your iPhone or Android. Standard Stripe present-card rates apply — we add 0% on those too.
Founder direct line
A private Discord with the founder, all 100 of you, for the first 12 months. Bug reports, feature requests, breakage triage. After 12 months it stays open; the founder shifts to weekly office hours.
The hold-review vote
Once a quarter, you vote on what feature should be added to our "what we refuse to build" list next. Your additions are published with your initials.
Refund policy
Full refund within 90 days, no questions. After 90 days, no refund — by then you've decided.
If Foyer dies
If Foyer shuts down, you get an export of everything — site files, booking history, customer list — and a written notice 90 days before lights go out. We will not disappear with your data.

Where Foyer is, today

The honest schedule.

Now
Waitlist open. Filing the Delaware C-corp — RunFoyer, Inc. — with Stripe Atlas. The founder is based in Bangladesh; the company is incorporated in Delaware. Foyer is the product, RunFoyer, Inc. is the legal entity that will take your payment. No money is collected on this page yet.
Day 10
Atlas clears. RunFoyer, Inc. provisioned · EIN issued · Mercury account live · Stripe activated. Deposits page goes live at this same URL.
Day 12
Waitlist gets the deposit link first. 48-hour priority window before the public link goes out. $100 refundable deposit holds your spot; $900 balance charges at launch.
Day 30
v0 product ships. Site generation, booking, payment, Tap-to-Pay. Founding 100 get the first invite. Balance charges only when your account is provisioned and working.
If slip
You hear about it the day we know, not the day before launch. Slipping is not a feature; pretending we didn't slip would be.
